We deliver to anywhere in England and wales
Different products come with different lead times. Our white UPVC products will arrive in 2-3 weeks. Foiled / coloured UPVC products take 4-6 weeks. Composite doors 3-5 weeks and aluminium products in 3 weeks.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that the manufacturing process will have begun and cancellation without charge will it be possible. Amendments are possible if production hasn’t commenced, any amendments of goods already in manufacture would be chargeable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any amendments.
Your goods will be delivered by van. Drivers will need the goods to be checked and signed off upon unloading. Larger items such as bi-folding doors will require on site assistance to unload.
We accept all types of Credit and Debit cards. We also accept Paypal.
All of our products have to pass a quality and control check before leaving for delivery. Once delivered please ensure you have checked your goods, should you have any issues or concerns please report these through our support email address along with any photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery.
Currently we do not offer an installation service. Please ensure your installer is competent and qualified.
Your installer should be able to issue a FENSA certificate once the installation is complete. Some installers may be registered with certass or assure, these are also acceptable as certifiers. If you’re installing your windows yourself then a certification can be arranged with your local building control.
Almost all windows now require trickle vents under document F building regulations
Our u-values can be seen in the brochures of the products. Higher u values can be achieved by increasing the glass specifications.
