UPVC Windows Online profiles are manufactured using formulations that have been tried and
tested by our approved suppliers. Our warranties are issued in association with our
raw material and manufacturing partners to ensure long-term performance and reliability.

UPVC Windows Online undertake to warrant their uPVC windows and doors, aluminium bifold doors,
and aluminium roof lanterns for the periods outlined below.

uPVC Windows & Doors

• 10-year product guarantee covering profile integrity, colour stability, shape retention, and impact strength.
• 5-year glazing guarantee on sealed units against defective workmanship and/or materials from the date of delivery.
• 2-year hardware guarantee covering locks, handles, hinges, and moving components against defective workmanship and/or materials.

Aluminium Bifold Doors

• 10-year product guarantee covering frame integrity and structural performance.
• 5-year glazing guarantee on sealed units against defective workmanship and/or materials.
• 2-year hardware guarantee covering handles, hinges, locks, and moving components.

Aluminium Roof Lanterns

• 10-year product guarantee covering frame construction and powder-coated finishes.
• 5-year glazing guarantee on sealed units against defective workmanship and/or materials.
• No hardware warranty is required or provided for aluminium roof lanterns.

Warranty Details

During the warranty period, any part found to be defective under the terms of this warranty
will be replaced free of charge by UPVC Windows Online and delivered free of charge to the
original delivery address. All replacements are supplied on a supply-only basis in accordance
with the original terms of sale.

This warranty is conditional on products being handled, installed, and maintained correctly
and in compliance with any instructions, specifications, or guidelines provided by
UPVC Windows Online.

The warranty is effective for the applicable period (ten, five, or two years) from the date of
delivery and shall not exceed the provisions set out herein. This warranty is issued and
managed by UPVC Windows Online and is automatically applied upon purchase.

Proof of purchase and order confirmation will be required when making a claim.

Warranty Exclusions

The following exclusions apply to this warranty:

1. Accidental damage, including glass breakage.
2. General wear and tear, misuse, or failure to maintain the product.
3. Issues relating to condensation.
4. Fading or discolouration caused by external factors.
5. Ingress of insects, misting, or mould growth.
6. Any defect arising from incorrect installation or handling.
7. This warranty is not transferable and remains valid only for the registered delivery address.
